Before the date we walk the site or review the layout, identify weak points (entry, cash, talent or backstage, parking, lost-child, weather hold), and set a simple command structure so your staff is not guessing who owns which door. On site, officers observe the crowd, control the access you have defined, and handle an unforeseen situation with de-escalation and the same legal-training baseline we use on other assignments. We coordinate with your event lead.
